This one of a kind upcycled jean vest is embellished with textiles from Thailand and India. The elephant piece on the back of the vest is from India. In Indian culture elephants are a symbol of intellectual strength and sturdy earthy mental strength. They are a sacred animal considered to be the representation of Ganesha, the elephant headed deity. This vest has also been beautifully hand painted by a local artist with bronze/gold details down both sides of the back panel.
